Chantelle Richmond – Founder

Founder of Catch’em CIC, mother of five, and a domestic abuse support worker with nearly seven years’ experience, plus a background in early years, SEN support, and youth mentoring. As a survivor, I created Catch’em CIC to help families heal, empowering parents and young people to break cycles of abuse and build healthier, hopeful futures.

Freda Loney – Lead Director

Mother of three, who became a parent at 16 — an experience that shaped my passion for supporting families. A Social Work graduate with 13+ years in domestic violence services, I’m honoured to serve as trustee, championing parents, especially young parents, in accessing opportunities to build fulfilling lives.

Ramona Burke – Director of Finance

With a BA in Criminology and 20+ years in London’s youth and social care sectors — including DofE Coordinator, youth offending case worker, and residential/supported living manager — I bring professional expertise and, as a mother of three including a child with complex health needs, personal insight into empowering people to break cycles of disadvantage.

Sarah Disi – Project Lead

I’m a Project Manager for Catch’em, a charity supporting domestic abuse survivors. My professional background and experience guiding service users toward safety, stability, and empowerment drive my passion for this role. I aspire to help influence policy and legislation, ensuring survivors’ voices shape effective, accessible, responsive systems.
